02How do the finishing packages differ?
Packages vary in materials, details, and fittings: Basic, Standard, Premium, and a tailored VIP option. The itemised scope and materials for your project are defined in its quotation.
03Are the per-metre prices the final cost?
Published prices are ranges for Egypt packages. Final cost depends on the current property condition, area, materials, and scope. The calculator is indicative only; Saudi Arabia projects receive tailored quotations.
04Are 3D design and furnishing included?
3D interior design, complete furnishing, and custom kitchens are additional, separately priced services, as listed in the company portfolio. Their details are agreed in the project quotation.
05How long does a project take?
Timing depends on size, property condition, scope, and material availability. A schedule and work sequence are discussed after the scope is defined, rather than promising the same duration for every project.
06What should I prepare for a quotation?
Prepare the location, approximate area, photos of the current condition or a plan if available, and your preferred finish. Share these with our Egypt or Saudi Arabia WhatsApp team using the contact form.
